Although I was hesitant at first to change brokerages, my experience throughout my first year at Guiding Star has exceeded my expectations. I had a great relationship with my former brokerage - was asked to speak on the annual rising star panel, given public recognition, tons of support and even invited to play in a golf tournament with the CEO. (Needless to say, I didn't have any desire to leave where I was)

After speaking with Shaun about the opportunity and seeing the tools & technology of the DLC platform available to us, I decided to take a leap of faith. The partnership with Coldwell Banker was a big reason for making the move as well - which has grown into something even greater than I had anticipated. We now have approximately 15 real estate agents from Coldwell Banker that have reached out to do business with us and grow a referral partnership as their trusted mortgage advisors.

Although 2023 was a slower year for many in the industry, we saw our business continue to grow and we absolutely feel like this is just the "tip of the iceberg" for the possibilities that lay ahead. Needless to say, we are very excited to see where this amazing new partnership will take us in 2024 and beyond!
