Since 2015, Tom has been actively involved in real estate investment and joint venture partnerships, managing assets totaling over $13.5 million, with a portfolio of 46 units in Guelph, Ontario. His comprehensive understanding of the market has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tom is deeply committed to his community. He serves as a Director on the Janefield Estates Board of Directors and contributes his leadership skills as an Assistant Coach for the University of Guelph Men’s Rugby team. Drawing from his own experience as a former professional rugby player with 12 appearances for the Toronto Arrows of Major League Rugby, Tom brings a strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and accountability to all his endeavors.

A native of Hespeler, Ontario, Tom has always been active in sports, with a particular passion for golf, rugby, and hockey. He values family time and remains closely connected to his roots and community.
